Responsabilidades del Encargado/a Dar soporte en todas las actividades operativas y de gestión de la tienda. Ofrecer una atención al cliente excelente, potenciando las ventas y los resultados mediante el trabajo en equipo. Motivar y acompañar en la formación de los nuevos vendedores. Analizar y supervisar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) para mejorar el desempeño de la tienda. Asegurar que el espacio mantenga una estética cuidada, coherente con la identidad y las directrices de visual merchandising de Silbon. Gestionar y coordinar al equipo durante su turno. Requisitos: Experiencia mínima de 2 años dirigiendo algún punto de venta de sector moda. Alta orientación al cliente. Conocimientos generales de sastrería. Pasión por la moda.
