Accurately categorise and document moderated content using internal case management and reporting tools, maintaining detailed and precise records for quality assurance purposes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Trust & Safety specialists and social media policy teams, to ensure consistent and fair enforcement of community guidelines. Stay fully up to date with evolving social media platform policies, content moderation best practices, and relevant regional regulations affecting French-speaking markets. Participate actively in regular calibration sessions, team briefings, and quality review meetings to continuously improve moderation accuracy and consistency. Contribute feedback and insights to internal teams regarding emerging social media content trends, recurring violations, and areas where policy clarification may be required. Native or fluent French language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role, as you will be moderating French-language content across social media platforms on a daily basis. Valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants. A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communications, training, and reporting purposes. Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, trust and safety, or a related field within the social media or digital industry is highly advantageous.
