EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential.

• Familiarity with IT tools and educational software will be beneficial in supporting classroom activities.

• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons, ensuring that all students are engaged and supported.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, contributing to the development of care plans as needed.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by promoting respect, cooperation, and inclusivity among students.
• Support the use of IT resources in the classroom, aiding both teachers and students in utilising technology effectively.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to identify individual student needs and adapt learning strategies accordingly.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
