Entre sus funciones se incluyen: Elaboración de prenomina y nómina semanal (CONTAPQi), basado en asistencias cotejadas. Altas, baja y movimientos antes IMSS. Seguimiento y control de cursos, inducciones, evaluaciones y contratos. Reclutamiento y selección. Supervisión de auxiliares de área. Seguimiento y vigilancia a SIRCE. Control de incidencias; vacaciones, permisos, incapacidades, etc. Elaboración de cursos. Etc. (Esta descripción es enunciativa y no limitativa; se podrán asignar otras funciones relacionadas con el puesto según necesidades del proyecto) Requisitos del Puesto Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Industriales, o afín. Experiencia mínima de 8 meses en puesto con funciones similares. Conocimiento y manejo de CONTPAQi Nominas, SIRCE. Conocimiento de IDSE, SUA y Escritorio Virtual. Conocimiento sobre la LFT y LSS. Agilidad en el uso de plataformas digitales, paquetería office. Experiencia en reclutamiento y selección. Habilidades de proactividad, responsabilidad, compromiso, comunicación, control de procesos e iniciativa. Apego a reglas e instrucciones. Radicar en la zona de trabajo (Xalapa, Veracruz).
