About the role
The Facilities and Event Team at the Guildhall are seeking enthusiastic event staff to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers and uphold our reputation as one Northampton’s prestigious event spaces.
The role involves supporting the smooth running of weddings and events at the historic Guildhall and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and guests.
What will you be doing?
Duties include, room set ups/ breakdowns and turnarounds, welcoming guests, operating ceremony music, cleaning duties, supporting event suppliers, and assisting in the overall operations of the venue. Weekend and evening work is required.

We are looking for someone who is confident, flexible and has a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. This is fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge in hospitality and event management from an experienced team.
