A superb opportunity to join the food and beverage team here at Moness Resort. We are looking for a friendly, professional and service oriented Food and Beverage Assistant who can provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Each day will be varied and you could be either working in one of our two restaurants, or, our bar overlooking the pool and the outdoor terrace, as well as banqueting and event dining within the marquee.
You will be responsible for seating and taking orders from guests, serving food and drinks and delivering outstanding service so ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

As a key member of the team you greet guest warmly and provide attentive and professional service. You have a natural ability to work well within a team and can stay composed under pressure. Providing menu recommendations, taking accurate food and beverage orders and ensuring special dietary requirements are communicated to the kitchen. Serving meals and drinks efficiently and answering any guest questions with confidence.
The setting up of the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness and presentation before service. Laying tables, folding napkins and replenishing stock. Communicating effectively with team members any guest requests or needs ahead of service. Handling any guest payments, processing transactions accurately.
You will be flexible and open to working in all areas of food and beverage when needed such as bar service and banqueting service. Whatever the task you take a huge pride in maintaining the standards associated with the Resort.
