Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking a Spa Reservationist (16 hours -Weekends Only) to join Team Rockliffe!

The main responsibilities of the role will be (but not limited to):

• To maximise spa revenue and guest’s satisfaction by receiving, handling and processing guest reservations for the spa, in a professional and efficient manner and to a 5-star standard
• Having a commercial awareness and passing potential leads to the Sales Manager for follow up
• To ensure all telephone calls are handled politely and efficiently, ascertaining and accurately meeting the caller’s needs and ensuring they are passed to the correct person / department if not spa related
• To take reservations for the spa ensuring all guests receive a friendly and efficient response which accurately meets their needs
• To ensure all correspondence is completed accurately including high levels of attention to detail and filed as per departmental standards
