Description
Liderar tecnicamente e executar os serviços de elétrica, eletrônica e mecânica conforme especificações técnicas, bem como executar alterações em programas de CLP e CNC e realizando modificações elétricas e/ou mecânicas nas máquinas, a fim de manter máquinas e equipamentos em perfeitas condições de funcionamento. Liderar tecnicamente e executar serviços de mecânica, elétrica, eletrônica, ajustagem, recuperação, regulagem, desmontagem, e montagem de peças e equipamentos, conforme especificações técnicas. Inspecionar equipamentos e reportar necessidades de reparos/trocas de componentes mecânicos, elétricos, eletrônicos, hidráulicos e pneumáticos. Executar reparos e troca de componentes com defeitos, bem como emitir relatórios de serviços executados com as informações e histórico de equipamentos no software de manutenção. Acompanhar assistência técnica, start up de equipamentos, agregando conhecimentos de novos equipamentos/tecnologia, bem como enviar componentes para reparos consertos, executar follow-up, minimizando o tempo de reparo. Executar alinhamento, nivelamento e geometria das máquinas e equipamentos. Executar alterações em programas de CLP (Controlador Lógico Programável) e CNC (Comando Numérico Computadorizado) de máquinas e equipamentos. Efetuar reparo em placas e componentes eletrônicos. Realizar modificações elétricas e mecânicas e executar upgrades em máquinas. Auxiliar gestores nos planos estratégicos da área de manutenção. Realizar reparos de caldeiraria e serralheria, quando qualificado. Cumprir as normas e procedimentos referentes ao sistema de gestão da qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional. Aplicar 5S (senso de utilização, ordenação, limpeza, saúde e autodisciplina), eliminando desperdícios, mantendo organizado e limpo o local de trabalho, bem como as máquinas e equipamentos utilizados. Realizar outras atividades correlatas a critério do seu superior imediato e/ou em relação aos procedimentos do processo de trabalho e/ou em relação aos procedimentos do sistema da qualidade. Conhecimento de CLP de segurança e norma regulamentadora NR 12 Mandatórios Ensino Médio Técnico em Eletrotécnica, Eletrônica, Mecânica e/ou Mecatrônica.
