Description du poste Le Fleet Manager est responsable de la disponibilité opérationnelle, de la conformité réglementaire et de la performance globale de la flotte de Crew Boats sous sa responsabilité, conformément aux standards de notre client, aux exigences des pétroliers, ainsi qu’aux réglementations internationales (Flag, Class, IMO). Il agit comme point central de coordination entre les équipes techniques, crewing, HSE, supply chain, achats et commerciales, afin d’assurer une exploitation sûre, efficace et rentable des navires. Missions principales 1. Conformité opérationnelle & HSE Garantir la conformité totale des navires (Classe, Pavillon, assurances, équipements). Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les standards du client (SMS, OVID, reporting). Superviser les audits, inspections clients et renouvellements de certificats. Piloter les investigations HSE et participer aux cellules de crise. Contribuer aux mises à jour et revues annuelles du SMS. 2. Disponibilité et planification de la flotte Assurer la disponibilité des navires (technique et équipage). Gérer le planning de flotte selon les exigences contractuelles. Préparer les analyses de risques (RA) et Management of Change (MoC). Garantir la clôture des constats issus des inspections clients. 3. Supervision des équipages Veiller au respect des standards d’équipage et des plans de formation. Réaliser les évaluations des capitaines et pilotes. 4. Supply chain & logistique Assurer l’approvisionnement des navires dans le respect des budgets et PO validés. Coordonner les activités locales avec les équipes logistiques et agents maritimes. 5. Budget & performance financière Élaborer et suivre le budget de la flotte. Contrôler les dépenses et valider PR/PO selon son niveau d’autorité. Contribuer aux coûts des appels d’offres et change orders. 6. Relation client Interface directe avec les équipes opérations/logistique des clients. Coordination avec les Vessel Project Managers.
