About the Role The Salvation Army’s Moneycare service is seeking a skilled and compassionate Financial Counsellor to join the team in Karratha. This role provides high-quality financial counselling to individuals experiencing financial difficulty or hardship, supporting them to build financial resilience, improve wellbeing and navigate complex financial systems. Working within a relational, community-centred model, the Financial Counsellor delivers casework, advocacy, education and ongoing assessment. The role also provides mentorship to Financial Capability Workers and contributes to continuous improvement, service development and community engagement. Pay is in accordance with the SCHADS Level 5 Award.
