Director of Physical Therapy Job Description We are hiring a full-time Director of Physical Therapy for an outpatient clinic in Winchester, VA. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care, manage a varied outpatient caseload, and use your clinical expertise to guide treatment from evaluation through discharge. Your work will include manual therapy, active rehabilitation, patient education, and ongoing care planning based on each patient’s progress. You will also help strengthen the clinic’s local presence by building positive relationships with patients and referral sources.
