This leadership role is focused on strengthening student success operations through high-impact training, advising excellence, and staff development across a global education environment. You will drive the design and continuous improvement of onboarding programs, professional development initiatives, and training frameworks that ensure consistent, high-quality student support services. The position plays a key role in shaping operational standards, enhancing advising effectiveness, and building a culture of continuous learning across regional teams. You will collaborate closely with academic departments, financial aid teams, and student support stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment across functions. A core part of the role involves mentoring staff, evaluating training outcomes, and using data-driven insights to improve performance and student experience.
