Operational & Board Liaison: Prepare and compile comprehensive materials for Board meetings, executive team meetings, and investor presentations. Record meeting minutes for the Executive Team, tracking action items and ensuring follow-through by responsible leaders. Confidential Communications Management: Draft, review, and manage highly sensitive internal and external correspondence, communications, and reports, often acting as the CEO’s voice with impeccable discretion. Manage all files, documents, and records related to M&A and corporate development. Travel & Logistics: Manage all aspects of complex, multi-city travel (domestic and potentially multi-state/regional) and detailed itineraries. Prepare and reconcile detailed expense reports for the CEO. Special Projects & Research: Conduct research, synthesize complex information, and create executive summaries on competitive intelligence, potential acquisition targets, and industry trends to inform the CEO's strategic decision-making. What You Bring (Skills & Experience) Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives (CEO, President, or Managing Partner), preferably in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or multi-site/multi-state service business.
