ABOUT THE ROLE

• As a Functional Analyst, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions by ensuring alignment between user needs, business objectives, and technical designs. This is a dynamic role that works closely with multidisciplinary teams to reduce delivery risks and enable informed, confident decision-making.
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define and document clear functional requirements and support agile delivery teams in refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs. Your work will be vital in maintaining momentum across product lifecycles while ensuring compliance and delivering value to end users.
• In this role, you’ll also assist with user acceptance testing, defect triage, and backlog management. You’ll maintain strong traceability of requirements to ensure consistent alignment from planning through to delivery. Your insights will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying pain points and suggesting practical enhancements that elevate both the user and team experience.
