Forensic Duties: Prepare court-ordered reports, provide expert testimony, and collaborate with legal teams on patient competency cases. Team Leadership: Lead interdisciplinary treatment teams, mentor staff, and recommend educational needs to enhance patient care. Quality Improvement: Participate in performance initiatives, review data, and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes. Hospital Committees: Engage in key hospital functions, including MEC and Forensic Board Review meetings, and contribute to policy decisions.                          Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Participation in court testimony and hospital meetings. Adherence to state regulations, hospital policies, and ethical standards. Performs other related duties, as required.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for the position: This position requires certification in CPR, First Aid, MANDT, Infection Control, Customer Service, and OSHA requirements.
