Your future area of ​​responsibility

• They are the telephone and digital contact person for your customer base in all matters relating to the bank's own products and the products of partner institutions, thus ensuring a high level of service.
• Providing support and scheduling appointments for customer consultations are part of your daily routine.
• They are available to their customers for all questions relating to electronic banking as well as for all technical questions.

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training, preferably in the financial sector.
• Your first relevant experience within the banking or financial world sets you apart.
• They are characterized by a friendly and communicative manner of expression.
• They possess a strong sales orientation and good media knowledge.
• Their professional and competent demeanor ensures long-term customer loyalty.
