You work closely with the Chief Data Officer (CDO), the full CTO Management Team of which the CDO is part, the other domain BO’s and Product Owners in both Data and IT to ensure initiatives are delivered in a predictable, transparent, and value‑driven manner. A key part of the role is owning and steering the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process and enabling effective portfolio‑level decision‑making. Key Responsibilities: On Delivery & Results Ownership Steer end‑to‑end execution of the Data & Analytics strategy with a strong bias for delivery, commitments, and outcomes Actively remove impediments for teams by intervening where delivery is at risk (scope, dependencies, resources, decision deadlocks) Drive predictable delivery through strong programme management, realistic planning, and disciplined follow‑up Hold teams accountable for commitments, milestones, and delivery quality Program & Portfolio Management Excellence Own and orchestrate cross‑team, cross‑domain delivery across Data & Analytics and IT Lead the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process end‑to‑end for D&A. Strategic Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as a trusted, reliable partner to the CDO in driving execution and decision‑making Communicate clearly and credibly at operational, tactical, and executive level Proactively manage expectations, dependencies, and escalation paths Translate complex delivery realities into clear, actionable insights for Senior Management.
