Work in teams on data visualization projects using Spotfire /Power BI to solve complex engineering and business problems. Develop data models on Wells – drilling, completion and production data. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate data from various sources (PI, SAP, EC, CORVA etc.) Identify and collaborate with various teams to resolve data quality issues.  Provide engineering recommendations in drilling, completions, and well performance area to ExxonMobil Wells teams based on data modeling and analysis Create tutorials, SOP documentation, training material pertaining to data modeling and analysis if required. Engage with stakeholders to meet expectations by valuable and actionable insights. Develop custom visuals to deliver effective and accurate insights. Develop automated reports using Visualization tools. Contribute to various stages of analytics, model deployment and model maintenance. About you   Skills and Qualifications  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university in data engineering, data visualization, petroleum engineer, chemical engineer or computer graphics design with minimum GPA of 7.5 Minimum 3 years of work experience in Data analytics and visualization in the upstream oil and gas industry. Strong analytical skills to evaluate critical design & operating parameters through data and trend analysis. Experience in creating visualizations on Spotfire/Power BI is preferred. Experience in data extractions from different kinds of database like common O&G database, SQL server, oracle server etc. Data Modelling for variety of data including real time data. Knowledge of Databricks and GitHub is preferred. Knowledge of SQL and Python (PySpark) programming is preferred.
