We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Intern to support bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, vendor billing, cost allocations, month-end close activities, payroll support, and accounting documentation. This role provides hands-on experience with the day-to-day accounting and operational support functions of a fast-paced service business. A typical day may include reconciling bank or credit card activity, reviewing vendor billing details, entering accounting data, assisting with account reconciliations, preparing accounting support schedules, supporting payroll-related documentation, and helping ensure accounting records are accurate and complete. While this role may assist with customer billing and invoicing, those activities are not expected to be the primary focus of the position.
