Mission: Oversee a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of accounting and tax services. Lead a team of junior and senior accountants to achieve a high client satisfaction. Outcomes: Provide accounting and tax services to a portfolio of Australian startup and SME clients Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients BAS preparation and submission Tax return preparation and submission Provide supervision and control for remote bookkeeping clients Advising and engaging with clients on various accounting & taxation matters Hire, train, nurture and grow a team of like minded accountants To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients.
