Missions principales Identifier les biens anciens à vendre dans votre secteur Contacter, rencontrer les vendeurs et organiser les visites des biens à vendre Comprendre les besoins réels des propriétaires-vendeurs Estimer le bien avec l’aide de notre équipe commerciale et technique (environnement, caractéristiques du bien…) Réaliser les visites d’expertise Proposer l'accompagnement à la vente (simple ou exclu) ou l’achat immédiat, dans le but de revendre.
