Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including creation of job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment forms; job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and candidate endorsement. Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the company’s Applicant Tracking System (preferably with experience in Zoho Recruit). Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals. Prepare and update job descriptions and role profiles as needed. Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates) to identify areas for process improvement.
