Für unseren Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung suchen wir eine/-n engagierte/-n Kollegen/-in:
LEITER FINANZ- UND RECHNUNGSWESEN(m/w/d)
Wir sind ein mittelständisches und international tätiges Unternehmen der IST Metz-Gruppe, dem Marktführer der industriellen UV-Technologie. Unsere UV-Lampen und elektronischen Vorschaltgeräte kommen weltweit in Druckmaschinen aller renommierten Hersteller zur Farb- und Lacktrocknung zum Einsatz. Für den Markt der UV-Wasseraufbereitung entwickeln und fertigen wir neuartige Lampensysteme für Anlagen der kommunalen Trinkwasserdesinfektion, für die industrielle Wasseraufbereitung und zur Ballastwasserbehandlung auf Schiffen. Darüber hinaus entwickeln wir DC-Ladestationen für den wachsenden Markt der Elektromobilität.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Bereichs mit aktuell zwei Mitarbeitenden
  • Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse und des Jahresabschlusses (HGB)
  • Monatliches Soll-Ist-Reporting und Vorbereitung von Planungsrechnungen
  • Laufende Liquiditätsplanung & Cash-Management
  • Weiterentwicklung des Controllings und ERP-Systems
  • Ansprechpartner für Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Betriebsprüfer

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-wissenschaftliches Studium oder erfolgreich absolvierte kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchalter/in (IHK)
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in den genannten Aufgabenschwerpunkten
  • Mittelständische hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, idealerweise in abas
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Strukturierte und ergebnis-orientierte Arbeitsweise
