Job Description We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum 10 years of experience, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multi-discipline firm. Ideal applicants will be well versed in all aspects of mechanical design and project management. The desired individual should be comfortable consulting to owners and general contractors and have a desire to work as part of a multi-discipline engineering team. The mission of this role is to expand this 14 person mechanical group’s capabilities into healthcare, education, data centers, and other target markets. This engineer will serve as a technical leader, bringing expertise in complex project design and execution while mentoring the team for long-term growth. They will help us build the next generation fo mechanical engineering leadership at Coffman, ensuring the team is well positioned to handle increasing diverse and sophisticated projects while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and innovation.
