Responsabilidades Ser experto técnico en los diferentes cultivos de Ornamentales de Exportación. Gestión de cliente mediante la implementación de programas de lealtad. Manejo del territorio asignado: conocimiento del mercado, PBS (Potencial Biológico Syngenta), MS market share, mercado de exportación, estructura organizacional de los clientes, manejo de precios, etc. Manejo de procesos administrativos. Generación de demanda en campo, basado en un trabajo conjunto con Marketing y Soporte Técnico, y alta vocación de servicio. Capacidad de mapeo de la demanda y proceso de Forecasting. Interacción efectiva con equipos de los distribuidores y demás integrantes del negocio.
