Job Summary The Technician, Quality III is responsible for product quality support, execution of continuous improvement projects, supplier quality development, and development of improved quality metrics. Responsibilities and Tasks * Reads and Interprets blueprints, engineering specifications and third-party specifications to obtain product information such as specified material, surface finish, and dimensions. * Performs testing and evaluation of material in production process, and test products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, and mechanical characteristics. * Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures when required. * Contribute to failure analysis and root cause investigation as required. * Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
