This position is expected to be in attendance and on site five days a week. Term of contract is at minimum 1 year. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Skills required to be successful in this role: Strong technical land skills and computer skills Ability to learn new things quickly Engaging personality and interpersonal skills An ability to effectively multi-task Excellent problem-solving abilities and highly organized Freehold and Crown Surface experience Respond to third-party land queries (e.g., AFE, ION, MB, CDO, NOA, ROFR, penalties). Track lease expiries, rentals, and continuations. Update CS Explorer for land data changes and maintain data integrity. Set up PSA files and enter to CS Explorer. Provide agreed reports (e.g., acreage, expiry, rental forecasts, well reports). Update CS Explorer to reflect acquisitions, dispositions, and exchanges.
