You will partner closely with the National Sales Director and Distribution teams to reinforce best practices and support compliant growth. * Drive sales growth across Western Canada by executing the sales strategy to meet annual targets and profitability goals across Life Insurance, Critical Illness, and GIA products. * Improve FR advisor productivity, placement ratios, pipeline health, and overall sales performance. * Recruit, onboard, and integrate new Financial Representatives to meet hiring targets and improve early productivity and retention. * Coach and manage performance for new and existing FRs, including joint field work in the first six months, to reinforce compliant, professional selling practices. * Deliver training that supports sales growth, advisor skills, and business best practices. * Maintain compliance and strong operations by staying current on underwriting and new business processes, and supporting licensing, regulatory requirements, and audits.
