Junior Design Associate & Customer Service Representative
About the company:
Pomegranate is a textile & design brand of homewares known for its original and creative design. The products are sold through a wholesale showroom in Atlanta and on our website, pomegranateinc.com. We also have a growing range of collaborations with designers and private label clients, along with a flagship retail store in Lexington, KY.
Purpose of the role:
This is an exciting new role within the Pomegranate team created to support our growth.
As the Junior Design Associate, you will work under the purview of our creative team, assisting with digital and print visuals, seasonal storyboards, and website merchandising. You will have an eye for design, a high attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating to maintain the brand standards for which Pomegranate is known.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will assist seasonally with online customer service inquiries as required.
The successful applicant will relish owning a crucial part of the growth journey of an exciting brand within a small team. The position is suitable for someone highly organized, with excellent communication skills, and a creative background in design and/or applicable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation and organization of digital and physical creative assets.
• Assist with e-commerce customer service seasonally as required.
• Assist with website visual merchandising and creative storytelling.
• Assist and support the wider Pomegranate team on an ad hoc basis with creative activities and administration.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Shopify, Dropbox, and G Suite.
• Proactive and inquisitive with attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and proven experience in multitasking.
• An individual with proven success in small team environments.
