JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. This role involves engaging with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. A strong ability in data entry and analysis is essential, as well as the capability to upsell when appropriate. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions.
  • Sales experience is a plus; familiarity with upselling techniques is desirable.
  • Multilingual capabilities are highly valued; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
