Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking an experienced Application and Database Developer to support our team with professional software development. This role requires an individual with a solid background in computer software development, responsible for building, maintaining, and improving applications and their associated databases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge of software development principles and a commitment to producing high-quality, secure code.

Application and Database Developer Job Duties:

• Develop, test, and maintain computer software applications and databases.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance.

Security Clearance Requirements: Active DoD Secret (S) required. Candidates must already possess this clearance level upon applying.
Experience Requirements: Requires three (3) years of professional experience in computer software development.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related discipline.
Desired Skills / Qualifications: Experience with software development in a secure, government-regulated environment is highly desirable. Certifications such as CCNA Security, CySA+, GIC SP, GSEC, Security+ CE, and SSCP are preferred.
Location: On-Site in Philadelphia, PA.
Status: Full time
Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday
Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations of time. Also, must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
