You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering initiatives that improve end-to-end ways of working, uplift capability, and deliver measurable outcomes across the retail value chain.   Importantly, this is not a purely technical project management role. Instead, it requires someone who can operate confidently within the business, navigate ambiguity, and bring stakeholders on the journey while landing meaningful change.   You will also: Lead the planning, prioritisation and delivery of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to business objectives Identify and implement process optimisation opportunities across Commercial and cross-functional teams Document current and future processes to support sustainable change Manage end-to-end program delivery, including scope, scheduling, governance, risks and dependencies Lead governance forums and provide clear, engaging reporting to senior stakeholders Build strong relationships across Commercial, Supply Chain, Digital, Finance and broader business teams Track and report on initiative benefits, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes Drive a data-led approach to improve efficiency and reduce risk across processes     About you and your skills   You’re a well-rounded program and transformation professional who thrives in complex environments and knows how to land change within the business.
