A little bit about the role…
As a Store Manager at Blackburn Kathmandu, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient running of the store. The role is full time and day to day you will;
What we are looking for…
You will have previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment with a proven ability to lead, motivate and build sales and service through exceptional store management. You can demonstrate your exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive outlook along with your sound knowledge of retail requirements; POS, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation.
You will have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPI’s and fostering a high-performance culture and a genuine passion for our products, and what we stand for as a business and be able to demonstrate that to your team and customers.
