This is a pivotal senior role with three direct reports. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will engage customers at the point of sale, guiding them through vehicle and asset upgrades or refinancing solutions. You will be responsible for the training, development, and performance of your direct reports, while overseeing finance and warranty operations across Dutton One New South Wales and South Australia sites. In partnership with the Dutton One sales team, you will contribute to strong commercial outcomes while helping to elevate the Dutton Financial Services brand. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in automotive finance or brokerage, proven sales capability, and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking someone with a keen eye for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our diverse range of products, ensuring that our customers receive the best financial solutions tailored to their individual needs. In this role you will have access to 60 different finance lenders, enabling you to tailor competitive financing solutions to meet a wide range of customer needs. In addition, you will have the opportunity to sell Presidian Warranty products.
