Achieve Key Performance metrics of Order Intake, Sales Turnover, GM, SG&A and OP Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to deliver year-on-year growth. Identify, qualify, and close key PCI opportunities across industrial markets. Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients and industry partners. Drive technical excellence and ensure the delivery of high-quality application support to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to promote new strategic products and cross-business opportunities. Manage, develop, and implement sales plans and budgets within the defined product sales area. Oversee of the selection and appointment of sales personnel relevant to your regional offices, including being part of interviews, managing performance, providing counsel, making salary recommendations, and handling disciplinary actions.
