We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join the team of our client, one of the leading semi governmental organizations in Dubai. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, inclusive, and guest centric digital experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring design quality, accessibility, and innovation. This role has a contract duration of 12 months with the potential for renewal. Key Responsibilities User Experience Design: Translate business and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs; deliver responsive, accessible, and consistent experiences; maintain and evolve design systems and reusable components. Research & Insights: Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing; analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions; provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders and developers.
