Alberta Precision Labs (APL) is looking for an Assistant Support II to work in a fast-paced, high demand DSC. This individual will be required to follow lab processes and procedures, prepare, assign and deliver materials for pathologists, perform accurate data entry to ensure we are providing best service to our patients. The successful candidate will work independently and with others in a patient-oriented, team-focused workplace that strives to be positive and respectful. Key Responsibilities: Filing and organizing materials. Preparing and receiving items for transport across Alberta. Assigning and delivering slides to pathologists. Coordinating with Iron Mountain for material retrieval and storage. Performing accurate data entry. This role involves working independently while collaborating with all disciplines in our department—from Medical Lab Assistants to Pathologists.
