About the role: Working with us at Heritage Bank as a Member Experience Officer, you will be the face of our business for our members and will be responsible for delivering consistent high quality customer service. We have a part-time role that will support our Heritage Bank Warwick, Stanthorpe, Millmerran and Pittsworth Branches. This role is being offered as a part-time position with a flexible roster consisting of a minimum of 15 hours per week, and opportunity for additional hours based on leave coverage and business needs as required. To fulfil training requirements for the role, the successful candidate would be required to work the initial 6 weeks of placement full-time (38 hours per week Monday to Friday).
