The Role The Community Partnerships Specialist supports Community Partners to deliver initiatives and projects that improve social outcomes for children and families within the community. The role maintains strong links with the community to promote capacity building and provides input to the strategic direction and planning for the Communities for Children (CfC) Program. In this role your key responsibilities will include: Facilitate community consultations, reference groups, and focus groups. Research and analyse local needs, identifying service gaps aligned with program goals. Collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver initiatives that make a real difference for children and families. Monitor and manage Community Partner contracts and performance to ensure compliance with service requirements. This position will be offered on a fixed term full time basis working 76 hours a fortnight until December 2026. This role is located in Armadale, with travel to Perth Metro sites required.
