Responsibilities Quality Systems & Compliance: Maintain and improve Food Safety and Quality Systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external audit frameworks. Verification & Improvement: Coordinate audits, calibrations, reporting, and verification activities to drive continuous improvement. Quality Investigations: Manage consumer complaint investigations, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Equipment & Testing: Ensure quality and analytical equipment is calibrated, maintained, and fit for purpose. People & Capability: Train, coach, and support plant personnel and Laboratory Technicians across shifts on quality programs and safe work practices. Leadership & Communication: Lead laboratory teams, allocate resources effectively, manage performance, and act as a key link between operations and management. Qualifications FMCG & Manufacturing: 3+ years in FMCG manufacturing or supply chain with knowledge of snack food processing and packaging.
