Work closely with Cyber, IT and Business stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables and success criteria. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to support effective project execution. Monitor and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate governance and documentation. Provide clear and timely reporting to leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks and key decisions. Support budgeting, resource planning and procurement activities related to assigned projects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity delivery frameworks and project management practices. About You Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems or a related field (industry certifications in cyber or project management a plus). 2-4 years’ experience delivering IT or cybersecurity projects, ideally with exposure to identity platforms like Okta or Microsoft. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Confident working with challenging stakeholders — skilled in managing conflict, driving accountability, and keeping teams aligned through clear communication and documentation. Excellent communicator who can translate technical detail into clear business outcomes and influence at all levels.
