This is a dynamic role in a busy department.   A regular day will see you: Register patients in the hospital Trakcare & Cerner systems ensuring all patient demographic details are correct and updated.   Notify patients of cancelled or deferred appointments.   Send out correspondence to patients regarding future appointments.   Generate and send reminder text messages.   Organise Telehealth appointments    About you  As the Administrative Assistant, you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care.
