What You’ll be Doing: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager, Workforce Management (WFM) Managed Services professional to lead consultative sales efforts and drive growth in our managed services portfolio. This role combines deep WFM domain expertise with strong technical and analytical capabilities to evaluate client data, identify opportunities, and deliver compelling business cases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and speaking at industry conferences, with a proven ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable insights. During a Typical Day, You’ll • Lead the end-to-end sales process for WFM managed services, from prospecting through contract negotiation and close. • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges, goals, and workforce data. • Analyze client WFM data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to C-level executives and decision-makers. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, delivering thought leadership presentations and participating in panel discussions. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., WFM, Reporting, IT, etc.) to ensure alignment with client expectations and solution delivery. • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and sales performance. • Stay current on WFM technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape. What You Bring to the Role • 5+ years of experience in workforce management consulting, sales, or managed services. • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to enterprise clients. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and build business cases. • Experience with WFM platforms such as Aspect, Calabrio, NICE, Verint, or similar. • Exceptional presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences and at industry events. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Willingness to travel up to 25%25.
