Guides and coaches supervisors through progressive discipline process for entry to mid-level positions, including the development and delivery of performance improvement plans and/or progressive disciplinary strategies on employee relations issues up to and including termination.   Has demonstrated experience in executing employment investigations. Leads investigations, including communication/implementation of outcomes/decisions. Assists manager on complex investigations.   Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding programs needed. Leads recruitment process for senior-level positions. Utilizes appropriate recruitment sourcing strategies and builds strategic industry contacts to build a candidate pipeline.   Oversees student program strategy, enhances, and influences the program to align with district strategies. Maintains strategic relationships with academic institutions.   Qualifications Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
