We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee multi-family construction projects from start to finish in the Omaha, NE market. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for daily coordination and scheduling with all on-site teams. As a key member of the project team, you will ensure successful project delivery through strong leadership, clear communication, and effective collaboration. Teamwork is essential, and close coordination with the Project Manager will be critical to achieving project goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site leadership for Haverkamp employees and overall construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers. Manage daily scheduling and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure deadlines align with the Master Schedule. Review submittals from subcontractors and vendors; collaborate with the Project Manager on field measurements and coordination items. Interpret drawings and submit RFIs for necessary clarifications to complete work accurately. Verify quality standards using QC checklists. Schedule, attend, and document all required inspections throughout the project. Understand each trade’s contractual scope and ensure successful completion of all work. Collaborate with architects, engineers, building departments, and third-party testing firms. Maintain daily documentation and photo records of on-site progress.
