Key Duties and Responsibilities Project Data Management & Reporting Collect and consolidate project data from various sources, including client project managers, business leads, and technical teams. Enter, validate, and maintain data in established templates and reporting tools. Prepare, analyse, and distribute regular and ad hoc project reports (e.g., status updates, dashboards, portfolio summaries) for internal and client stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all reporting outputs. Adjust reports in response to feedback or changing client requirements. Agile Project Management Support Assist with Agile project management activities, including supporting ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). Maintain and update Agile tools (e.g., digital boards, backlogs, task tracking systems). Track and report on Agile delivery metrics (e.g., burndown, velocity, work in progress). Coordinate and update risk, issue, and dependency registers. Client Relationship Management Serve as a day-to-day contact for client stakeholders regarding reporting, data, and project administration.
