JOB TITLE: Security Dispatcher  DEPARTMENT: Security REPORTS TO: Security Manager SALARY: Grade 3                Range Start: $16.38/hourly               Range End: $24.56/hourly CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt SUPERVISES: None  JOB SUMMARY: This team member answers phones, dispatches guards, and transportation team members to calls for service, as well as department-to-department dispatching.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES    The essential duties and responsibilities outlined here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, however, are not all inclusive:   1. Handles all incoming phone calls and radio traffic. 2. Dispatches guards to calls for service. 3. Maintains accurate logs, files alphabetically, and keep files up to date. 4. Speaks clearly, concisely, and professionally at all times on the radio and phones. 5. Has knowledge of the Resort & Casino, departments, and procedures. 6. Works any shift. 7. Handles multiple tasks and priorities. 8. Has a general knowledge of local laws and procedures, as well as the Security SOPs and training manual. 9.
