We design, build, and ship from right here in Cache Valley, and our products are trusted by customers worldwide. We’re looking for an organized, detail-focused individual to help bridge the gap between engineering, sales, and production by keeping product data accurate and accessible.

• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, and product documentation.
• Process Purchase Orders, noting special configurations or custom requirements.
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and update product records.
• Coordinate with engineering to create or update designs, drawings, programs, etc.
• Web meeting liaison between internal engineering and b2b customers.
• Match customer requirements with off the shelf products or up-sell to custom solutions.
• Enter and update product data in our MRP and QuickBooks systems.
• Prepare and send quotes, price lists, renders, and proposals, to business customers.
• Work with Production Planning and Engineering to maintain due dates and calendar of customer projects.
• Coordinate internal teams and departments for customer success.
