About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team. Whether you’re continuing your payroll career or looking to build one, this role offers excellent opportunities for learning, development, and progression.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

You’ll be given full training and support as you get involved in a variety of payroll activities, including:

• Managing the full end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
• Handling queries confidently and professionally, providing clear advice when needed
• Setting up new starters and processing leavers, making sure all calculations are correct
• Administering special circumstances such as maternity, sickness, and loyalty pay
• Checking and processing working hours
• Maintaining pay rates and payroll records
• Supporting the administration of auto-enrolment pensions

A Few Things About You

We’re keen to hear from motivated individuals who are eager to grow their skills in payroll and finance. To succeed, you’ll bring:

• Previous experience working within a payroll function
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues across the business
