The work covers multiple services or technical areas at multiple clients for a district of moderate complexity/risk/ impact to achieve mid- and long-term results and leads through multiple layers of management. How You’ll Make an Impact: Provides Strategic Leadership in Client/Customer Service Delivery Provides operational leadership to an assigned region to ensure compliance with operational initiatives and to meet client satisfaction.
