Effectively mentors fellow team members and work closely with business partners in the development, communication, and on-going monitoring and review of Retail and Business Banking risk analytics and strategies, loss estimation and collections methodologies, etc. Communicates complex risk methodology and analytic concepts effectively with senior level executive, Model Risk, internal and external audit and regulators, as well as team members and business managers. Develops, communicates, and integrates risk analytics, risk appetite, and risk-return trade-off into all models, for all aspects of the business for Retail and Business Banking. Maintains up to date knowledge of advanced analytic methodologies and develops creative analysis, directions, and methods to improve Retail and Business Banking portfolio performance. Pro-actively explores and recommends opportunities to extend the scope and applicability of statistical models or analysis as well as developing new models and advanced analytic solutions to support value added for Retail and Business Banking. Develops, communicates, implements, reviews, monitors, and reports on Retail and Business Banking credit models for Adjudication, Account Management, Impaired Provisioning, Collections, Business models (as required), including but not limited to ongoing model monitoring, annual reviews / revalidation, and regulatory reporting (as required). Respond and address Validation, Audit and/or regulatory findings and proactively adjust models to changing portfolios and economic conditions. Integrates Risk-Adjusted Performance Measurement.
