Objectif du poste Le ou la titulaire est responsable de la préparation opérationnelle des initiatives touchant le périmètre magasin, incluant les catégories OTC et produits de consommation, à travers les réseaux Uniprix et Proxim. Relevant du Directeur, le rôle conçoit et déploie des outils, des cadres de préparation et des mécanismes d’activation spécifiques au périmètre magasin, afin d’assurer une exécution efficace par les équipes des Opérations de détail. Principales responsabilités Concevoir et maintenir les outils de préparation opérationnelle liés aux magasins, incluant les guides de jeu, guides opérationnels, listes de contrôle et cadres de préparation. Traduire les orientations et les standards définis par le Directeur en mécanismes concrets, prêts à l’exécution et applicables au périmètre magasin, utilisables par les Opérations de détail. Assurer la préparation opérationnelle des magasins en rénovation, en démarrage ou en situation de redressement jusqu’au transfert vers l’exécution terrain. Structurer les cadres de préparation associés aux vagues commerciales, aux activités récurrentes et aux initiatives ayant un impact sur l’assortiment et le marchandisage en magasin. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de marchandisage afin d’intégrer les exigences liées aux magasins dans les plans d’exécution et d’optimiser le déploiement en magasin. Agir comme point d’interface avec les Opérations de détail afin d’assurer une compréhension claire des mécanismes de préparation, sans assumer la responsabilité de l’exécution terrain. Intégrer les apprentissages du terrain, la rétroaction des équipes et les recommandations des partenaires dans l’évolution continue des outils et standards magasin. Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de préparation liés aux magasins, identifier les risques en amont et recommander des ajustements aux mécanismes de préparation. Exigences du poste Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en administration des affaires, gestion de détail ou dans un domaine connexe. De 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en opérations de détail, marchandisage, préparation opérationnelle ou soutien à l’exécution commerciale dans le secteur pharmaceutique. Capacité démontrée à concevoir des outils et des cadres opérationnels pratiques et applicables en magasin. Forte capacité à collaborer de façon transversale avec des équipes aux expertises complémentaires. Maîtrise des outils analytiques et opérationnels (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce ou équivalents). Esprit collaboratif et capacité d’influence sans autorité hiérarchique formelle. ----------------- Position Objective The incumbent is responsible for the operational readiness of store-related initiatives, including OTC and consumer product categories, across the Uniprix and Proxim networks. Reporting to the Director, the role designs and deploys readiness tools, frameworks, and enablement mechanisms specific to the store perimeter, ensuring effective execution by Retail Operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities Design and maintain store-related operational readiness tools, including playbooks, guides, checklists, and readiness frameworks. Translate the orientations and standards defined by the Director into concrete, execution-ready enablement mechanisms applicable to the store perimeter and usable by Retail Operations. Ensure the operational readiness of stores undergoing renovations, start-ups, or turnaround situations until transition to field execution. Structure readiness frameworks associated with commercial waves, recurring activities, and initiatives impacting store assortment and merchandising. Work closely with Merchandising teams to integrateSuccèe store-related requirements into execution plans and optimize in-store landing. Act as an interface with Retail Operations to ensure clear understanding of readiness mechanisms, without assuming responsibility for field execution. Integrate field learnings, team feedback, and partner recommendations into the continuous evolution of store tools and standards. Monitor and analyze store-related readiness indicators, identify upstream risks, and recommend adjustments to readiness mechanisms. Job Requirements University or college degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, operational readiness, or commercial execution support within pharmacy retail. Demonstrated ability to design practical, store-applicable operational tools and frameworks. Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams holding complementary expertise. Proficiency with analytical and operational tools (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or equivalent). Key Competencies Strong functional expertise in store operations (OTC and consumer products). Ability to structure simple, practical, and actionable tools. Rigor, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without formal authority.
