We are currently recruiting a Full or Part Time In/Outbound Sales Support Advisor to join our Customer Experience team at our Head Office in Bunny, Nottinghamshire.

• The OTE for this role is £30,000 plus incentives
• Uncapped commission structure

As a Full or Part Time In/Outbound Sales Support Advisor you will be building relationships, understanding customer needs, relating back and closing deals.

• Adopting a consultative approach to the sales process
• Understanding and establish customer needs and requirements.
• Overcoming objections and being resilient offering high levels of customer service
• An ability to negotiate package deals
• Sharing best practice with colleagues
• You must have experience of working in a target driven sales role
• A highly motivated attitude to targets
• Goal orientated with a passion to succeed
• Good longevity in previous roles
• A professional approach to business and customer requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
